Shipping Policy

OCCObaby® Free Shipping within the contiguous U.S.

FREE standard shipping* is available for orders.  *Freight Charges may apply for select items and will show at checkout. OCCObaby® also offers the ability to pay and upgrade to priority shipping. 

Orders placed Monday through Friday will typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically ship the next business day.

Delivery options are determined by your shipping zip code and the quoted delivery times are all estimates either based on the standard delivery window or from our software integration with the carriers shipping system. Actual delivery time is up to the carrier. OCCObaby is not responsible for carrier delays, regardless of the chosen delivery option.

Please note paid priority shipping does not mean the order will ship faster. Priority shipping is how fast the order should be delivered once the product has been picked up by the carrier. Ultimately, the speed in which the order is delivered is up to the carrier. 

Outside the contiguous U.S.

Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories is a flat rate.

International

NOTE: Due to current restrictions from countries and/or shipping carriers, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to outside the US at this time.

Drop shipping services can be used to have your package delivered to an address in the United States, then forwarded to your home country.

Orders are sent for processing to our warehouses once received.  Cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Please be certain your order is correct before processing.  Once you order is submitted the best way to cancel is to refuse delivery with the carrier.  If not, then please visit our return policy page for processing a return.
